Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Eco Fit Equipment is a unique business in the St. Louis MO fitness industry that offers design, installation, service & maintenance for the overall health, wellness, protection and longevity of fitness equipment.

Eco Fit Equipment is seeking a goal-oriented, energetic field sales representative to join our team. The Field Sales Representative (FSR) will proactively develop and close new sales opportunities in the commercial and residential fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

Source and develop new sales opportunities
Correspond and meet with current and prospective customers
Maintain long-term consultative relationship with clients for repeat business
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Focus on results and have a strong work ethic
Organized, energetic, self-starting, team player with high standards and solid work ethic focused on making the customer matter
Energetic and Positive Attitude
Field sales representatives should be organized, presentable, professional, flexible, driven and energetic
Proactively identify new prospects for offerings and position EcoFit Equipment as a recognized Leader in the Fitness industry
Together with other EcoFit Equipment’s staff, attend assigned meetings and participate in one-of-one meetings with prospects – in order to further qualify and develop the sales pipeline
Advance opportunities using an appropriate application of phone and in-person meetings drawing in appropriate resources from specialists, services and senior management as needed
With support from customer operations, services and senior management develop and position an appropriate proposals and commercial service agreements
Participate in internal sales meetings and progress updates as needed
Maintain documentation and materials in support of the above objectives
Proven “hunter” new business sales skills for proactively identifying, prospecting, developing and closing new opportunities with demonstrated success

Requirements:

Be committed & loyal to career building & growth, within caring, supportive company
Be highly organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability
Be resourceful & take responsibility for controlling own success in our business growth
Have Strong verbal and written communications skills and PC proficient
Business or Fitness Degree Preferred
Experience in the Fitness Industry a bonus
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio

Salary & Benefits:

Starting compensation plan is hourly + commission upon achievement of sales goal. Earnings are based
on base hourly plus commissions based on Gross Margin.
Plan offers a benefits package after 90 days including: medical, dental, vision at 50% employee
contribution and a 401K plan.

 

Service & Install Technician

Job Summary:
Eco Fit Equipment is a unique business in the St. Louis MO fitness industry that offers design, installation, service & maintenance for the overall health, wellness, protection and longevity of fitness equipment.

We are seeking a responsible individual to join our team to maintain and repair fitness equipment along with moving, disassembly, assembly and installing equipment at commercial and residential locations. Send resume to victoria@ecofitequipment.com

Responsibilities:

Deliver/assemble/disassemble/move fitness equipment
Provide excellent customer service while performing service call
Complete assembly, maintenance and repairs as described by manufacturer specs
Diagnose issues with equipment and source parts for repairs
Accurately complete paperwork and communicate with team

Requirements:

Individual must interact and develop relationships with customers, team and management
Ability to lift heavy items (150 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record, as well as ability to drive a box truck
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Professional attitude, demeanor and timeliness
Mechanical experience and own set of tools
Fitness equipment knowledge a plus
Electrical knowledge a plus

Salary & Benefits:

This position will be for approximately 40 hours per week;
$18-25/hour plus benefit options at 90 day review.
